Respect:
We maintain the highest RESPECT for the individual. We firmly believe it's not about "getting a deal done," filling a position or finding someone a job. Rather, it's about finding productive employees for our clients and job enrichment for our candidates. We believe long-term success will result from working toward a win-win-win business environment for all concerned.

Communication:
We do periodic reviews and request feedback from placed candidates to better understand and recruit for our client's environment. We also have on-site meetings with Hiring Managers. By taking the extra time to meet with our clients, we are able to gather additional detailed information for defining requirements, refining the recruiting efforts and identifying the intangibles that comprise a successful placement.

Quality: How we check the credentials of our candidates.

Strategic Recruiting Partners has implemented a multi-tier Quality Gate screening process. This process includes the following procedures for screening candidates for each SRP client:

  • Detailed interview/analysis with recruiter and/or account manager to assess communication skills, cultural fit, technology match and abilities to perform described duties
  • Details of candidates past wages, benefits and current requirements
  • Employment application and three references from each prospective employee

It is this close attention to detail to which we attribute our high fill rate/low number of resume submittals ratio to client requirements (It's our job to sift through resumes; not our client's).


Commitment: Strategy to fulfill assignment.

There are several facets involved in matching our candidate's skill sets and experience with our clients' requirements. SRP firmly believes that we must understand both the client's functional environment, as well as the client's cultural environment in order to select a candidate who is both technically capable to complete the deliverables on time and who is also suitable to work on the team. Therefore, we match our candidates to client requests based on both technical ability and suitability.
